All our parking lots and hotels are not located in restricted traffic zones (ZTL).
The cost for hotel guests is €25.00/24 hours for a sedan.

Private parking with video surveillance is available at Hotel Infinito or Hotel Parker, 50 meters away, in the same group: the cost for hotel guests is €25.00/24 hours for a sedan.

Unico Suites is strategically located for visiting the city.
The Colosseum is just a 20-minute walk away.
The closest subway stations are Manzoni and Vittorio Emanuele, both on line A, which provide easy access to major tourist attractions such as the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and Termini Station.
Near the Suites, we find the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Scala Santa, and the Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem. Both of these churches, along with St. Peter's and Santa Maria Maggiore, are part of the four Papal churches.

Our reception is available 24/7.

The main shopping area, home to the most famous boutiques and sought-after designer labels (Via dei Condotti, Via del Babuino, Galleria Colonna, Campo Marzio), is just 15 minutes from the hotel. Also nearby is Via del Corso, home to many brands such as Zara. Another very charming street is Via Nazionale, near our apartment. For an alternative shopping experience, discovering emerging brands and designers or vintage shops, simply step outside the hotel and take a stroll through the neighborhood.

Internet access is complimentary for all our guests. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, from the reception to the common areas, and of course in every room. You will be provided with access credentials at the hotel.

The tourist tax, adopted by the City of Rome, is intended to finance tourism and regional promotion initiatives, the maintenance, use, and restoration of cultural and environmental assets, as well as local public services.

On January 1, 2011, the City of Rome introduced the Tourist Tax. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at the hotel. Children under 10 are exempt from the tax.
